Fuel cell forklifts and other material logistics transport and handling vehicles offer an unmatched solution for increasing operational readiness in multi-shift systems. They reduce storage space requirements for exchangeable batteries, and achieve consistent and long-lasting power delivery regardless of the SOC. Rapid refilling of the hydrogen tanks enables full operational readiness within a few minutes. Hydrogen is supplied by filling stations and can be installed outdoors without further requirements for temperature and weather protection. And the fuel cell power supply in the vehicle always allows the same, full and reliable power output, regardless of whether the tank is 10% or 100% full.
These advantages enable cost reduction and increased efficiency in material handling. Our systems are adaptable to the power requirement and integrate a complete hybrid energy system that includes all essential components, such as fuel cell modules, batteries, power electronics, thermal management and hydrogen storage.

Based on our fuel cell stacks, complete energy systems are then implemented according to this concept. These energy supply units can be used as a plug-and-play solution at the customer’s site.
