Fuel cells in material handling
To increase operational readiness in multi-shift systems, fuel cell forklifts and other transport and conveyor vehicles in material logistics offer an unsurpassed solution.
Based on our fuel cell modules, Vision One Energy offers fully integrated energy systems. These systems compromise the entire thermal management, the hydrogen storage system (if applicable), all necessary power converters as well as buffer batteries and will be set up as a plug-and-play hydrogen generator. Our energy systems are used in mobile applications (e.g. forklift trucks) and as stationary energy supply (as off-grid power, emergency power or grid stabilization). The fuel cell modules are arranged individually or modularly and, thus, allow a very wide power range from a few kilowatts to the megawatt range. Based on that our systems can be easliy adapted to customer requirements in terms of performance and installation space.
We guarantee continuous development of our fuel cell modules.

This energy system addresses medium-sized forklifts that are already electrified. The system fits the original battery installation space and operates as a plug-and-play solution. Swap the cable, fill the hydrogen and off you go!
This energy system addresses a medium power range for stationary energy supply. Applications such as power generators for festivals, construction sites, reconversion into electricity, and so on are equally in its remit as the use for emergency power supply.
The system allows plug-and-play operation integrating all the relevant components. It is designed for outdoor use. Power output based on our fuel cell modules can also be scaled according to customer-specific requirements. Here, for the 100 kW genset, our VISTAH 130 is used.
This energy system addresses stationary energy supply in the megawatt range. Here, the focus is primarily on large industrial applications such as the reconversion of hydrogen into electricity, grid stabilization and emergency power supply. The latter will be of increasing importance, especially in dense urban areas, for example, in order to reduce emissions. Data centers, hospitals and other critical infrastructures play a special role in this.
A 40 ft container combines all necessary components suitable for outdoor locations. It is also possible to scale power output in the same container up to approx. 2 MW. Several VISTAH 200s are used for the 1 MW power generator (cf. diagram).
To increase operational readiness in multi-shift systems, fuel cell forklifts and other transport and conveyor vehicles in material logistics offer an unsurpassed solution.
Power supply in inaccessible areas, off- grid or even as an emergency power supply can be implemented easily, quickly and safely with our FC energy system solutions.
Emergency power supply for data centers is an increasing challenge, especially in urban areas, due to increasingly stringent regulations regarding gaseous, particle and noise emissions.
