VINUITY® fuel cell stacks are at the core of efficient, emission-free power generation from hydrogen. Our portfolio includes variants with graphitic and metallic bipolar plates that are optimized for power density, durability, or integration depending on the application.
Thanks to our flexible platform architecture, cell count, voltage levels, and operating parameters can be precisely tailored to a wide range of system requirements. This is true regardless of whether the stacks are used as standalone components in customer solutions or as the core of our own modules. The result is scalable stack solutions that can be efficiently integrated into mobile and stationary systems.
All products are based on experience from more than 600 real-world applications worldwide, are continuously being further developed, and are designed for long-term performance and cost efficiency. This results in powerful, scalable stack solutions that combine technical flexibility with economic series production capability.
Proton exchange membrane fuel cells with graphitic bipolar plates are characterized by high chemical stability and long service life. The graphitic bipolar plates offer excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, enabling reliable operation even under demanding operating conditions. They are particularly well suited for applications with high operating hours and long-term performance profiles.

VINUITY® is working on a new generation of graphite stacks with further optimized power density while maintaining a consistently long service life. The aim is to achieve even more efficient system integration while reducing production costs.
Proton exchange membrane fuel cells with metallic bipolar plates offer a compact and robust solution for efficient power generation. This design enables uniform distribution of hydrogen and air as well as effective dissipation of generated heat. Due to their high power density, metallic stacks are particularly well suited for applications with limited installation space and high energy demand.

For applications with high power densities and limited installation space, VINUITY® is developing the next generation of metal stacks with optimized cell geometry and improved heat dissipation. The aim is to further reduce weight, volume, and manufacturing costs while maintaining reliability and integration into standardized system environments.
Our stacks can be integrated as standalone components or as preconfigured units directly into existing systems. They form the basis for customer-specific systems as well as for our own modules and energy systems. Typical areas of application include industrial trucks, city buses, mobile machinery, and stationary generators.
